Agility and training in general

I have been seriously considering selling my entire field of agility equipment, but I can’t quite get myself to do it.  A few weeks ago, I removed myself from the agility-related mailing list of the local trainer that I was going to.  As much as I wanted to go to the classes, I did enjoy them when I went, it seemed as though something would always come up that would prevent me from getting there.  I am unable to commit to consistent agility training so I felt like I was holding up the rest of the class.  I probably wasn’t, but that’s how I felt.

Fern loves agility and it’s always a good fallback for Gel so it may be worthwhile keeping the equipment for now.

Ha! If I were to have taken a job in Charlotte, I’d have NO time for agility training.

With the work I did planting the flowers along the fence line, we really couldn’t use the agility field to keep stock in as they’d eat the flowers.

It’s incredibly disgusting out right now.  It’s cold, windy and raining.  Almost cold enough to turn on the heat.  If I’m really ambitious, I might go out and get some kerosene and fire up one of those heaters.  If I knew it was going to be this cold, I would have asked Wally to bring some home with him.  I was going to clean the house, but it’s almost not worth cleaning it until it dries out a bit outside.  It’s virtually impossible to keep two dogs and ten cats from tracking in mud when it’s this wet out.

I am going to have to put a rain suit on and walk down to check the sheep and Liath.  Agh!

Until later …
