I like interviewing!

I realized that after my interview on Friday.  I enjoy meeting new people and selling myself.  Maybe I need to take up another profession.  Ha!

Went to a job fair this morning held by Mellow Mushroom.  They are opening a new restaurant in Hickory.  I applied for a position in the back of the house, meaning the kitchen.  I think I would enjoy that.  Of course, I have no relevant work experience, but you never know.  I told the guy that interviewed me that I was employed as an underground cheese maker.  He thought that was hilarious and wrote it down in his notes.  Maybe he’ll remember me when it comes time to make decisions.

We lost power while I was working on this post last night so I can’t recall what else I was going to write, so I’ll leave it at this.
