This past week I did two paid photography assignments.  I brought in an extra $160.  Not much but really every penny helps these days!  I photographed the grand re-opening at the Lowes Foods in Mt. View and on Saturday, TedX Hickory.

TedX was amazing!  I’ve always wanted to go to a TedX event and am very glad I did.  I met some great people and hopefully will get more work from these assignments.

This isn’t so bad either — on the big screen at TedX Hickory:

I am on pins and needles waiting to hear on another assignment that could potentially open a lot of doors.  Will post more as soon as I hear — hopefully good news!  If I do not get the assignment, well then, it wasn’t meant to be and I’ll go on.

Until later …
