Cherishing what you have

My view from the milk stool today is about cherishing what you have. I’m so blessed that I have an amazing group of goats and the equipment and facilities that I need to take care of them. I’m blessed that I have a partner who supports what I’m doing. While there are times (well, almost all the time) when I groan to think about hauling all of my equipment, etc. up to the barn to milk, once I’m there, it’s all good. I’m even learning to live with the flies. I suppose if I can accept flies, I can accept most anything.

Who cares what other people think about me at this point. I have a more fulfilled life than most. I have a job that I love (most of the time), a man I love (all the time), and a lovely place to escape to. It’s all good.

Until later …
